I went to your dealership to get my tires checked. I saw that I needed an inspection, so I asked if they had time they said yes. From the moment I saw the dealership, I knew I needed to investigate. I didn't really know anything about the Hyundai brand, but the building was new and bright and inviting, and they actually had both new investigate. Jeff took care of me right away and after talking to him for 15 minutes, I was excited about their philosophy of service and creating customers for life, not just making a sale today -- Garvey Hyundai likes to keep their customers happy and coming back for subsequent car purchases. All the sales staff were friendly and well-groomed, and the service garage was the cleanest and most organized garage I've ever seen. The Santa Fe is a stylish compact SUV and suited my needs perfectly: safe, comfortable, handles well, and has an exceptional warranty along with roadside assistance. Jeff explained all the great benefits of the Hyundai product and patiently answered all my questions. Then he gave me a great end-of-year deal and an AWESOME trade-in on my Toyota Sienna. I ended up with a much nicer car than I was expecting to find for the amount I had to spend; it's the first new car I've ever owned in my life! I look forward to working with the service department for the life of my car and if all goes well with my Santa Fe through the coming years, I will certainly look at Garvey first for my next car. I went to Garvey with a friend who was looking for a vehicle. I WAS NOT looking to buy at all. Brian's approach was incredible. What a great salesman. I am very pleased with everything about this dealership. 1 is There were two cars I was interested in one place. 2. my sales man stayed right with me the whole time. I am amazed at the complete coverage of my warranty and the upholstery coverage. 4. The car is perfect for me and the future. We are now a family of 4 and my husband bought his family truck last year, so no need for the 7 passenger saturn outlook any longer. I hope they find a happy home for it. I am hoping I will never have to buy a car again , but anyone I know who wants to I will be sure to send them to Garvey.
