This would be my first car I have ever bought but I have visited many dealerships. They made looking for a car fun and stress free. Never did I feel pressured into buying something I didn't want. They worked with my budget to ensure that I got the best deal. They even gave me a key chain and a cord for the car to charge my phone! I would encourage anybody looking for a new car to stop by Garnet Volkswagen. They are professional, entertaining, and knowledgable. I thoroughly enjoyed my experience there and even more so the brand new car I bought (2014 VW Jetta)! I would suggest this place to everybody! I have always gone back to them for service even though there is another VW dealer 5 minutes from my house, I purchased a 2009 VW Gti from Garnet new. I have always gone back to them for service even though there is another VW dealer 5 minutes from my house, and Garnet is about 40 minutes away. Their service department is amazing. They have always helped me out with issues I have had and are always very generous. Their waiting room is great as well. I highly recommend them for purchasing a car and especially going in for service. More

The price and car was already agreed upon and I even gave a deposit over the phone. So I get there and they make me wait almost and hour before Fran comes out and says "I have some bad news bud" but one of the new sales guys just sold the car about an hour ago without knowing but no worries yada yada..." I was so pissed I didn't know what to say I just left. More

We walked into Garnet Volkswagon back in January 2013 to test drive a Jetta and Passat, but had no real intentions of buying a Volkswagon. That Saturday was reserved for test driving as many cars as possible to narrow down what car I would get when my lease was up on my Nissan Altima in three weeks. We walked around the lot and then came inside to see Jordan's smiling warm facing greating us and welcoming us to Garnet Volkswagon. Jordan not only answered all our questions about the the Passat and Jetta, he helped us decide which model would be better suited for our needs. He also was able to talk about Volkswagon "the company" and provide us with their standards, values, and overall customer satisfaction. Not only did the Passat drive incredible, better then we ever expected it to drive, we knew that the confidence Jordan had in Volkswagon wasn't coming from a script. He truley felt in his heart that Volkswagon was a company he would put his name behind. There's not too many company's around anymore that have such employee dedication and support. You can tell that whatever "Kool-Aid" Volkswagon is passing around, people can't get enough of it!! I have to say, we are now Volkswagon "Kool-Aid" drinkers! We recently went back and purchased another Volkswagon from Jordan, a Jetta this time. When Jordan pulled the Jetta around for us to test drive he had the satellite radio set to the Pearl Jam station. (We talked about the Pearl Jam station being one of our favorites 6 months earlier when we test drove the Passat). We couldn't believe that Jordan had remembered that small detail from when we test drove the Passat. It's those personal touches that Jordan does so naturally because he's a true, honest, courteous person in nature. I can honestly say that not only will I only buy Volkswagons from now on, I will only buy them from Jordan. The service center at Garnet is the "Disney World" of car service centers!!! It's like walking into Magic Kingdom where everyone greets you with a friendly "Hello Mam" and "Hello Sir". The words "How can I help you today?" are accompanied with a big smile. Even at 8am on a Saturday morning you are greeted with a smile and treated with courtesty. They call you to check to see if everything is ok a day later. They make sure you are happy and that your needs were met. They speak to you like you are an intelligent person and are actually happy to answer your questions. When you have a scheduled appointment time, their is very little deviation from the time you scheduled. They are reliable, customer oriented, professional, and excellent mechanics. The days of being treated like a number in a service station are over! The days of having some snotty punk roll his eyes at me when I have the audasity to ask HIM a question about MY car!!! Having to listen to a service tech condescendingly explain what was wrong, and then find out later from family or friends that most likely he didn't fix the problem but convinced me he did and charged me for a pretend issue. No more dropping my car off at 8am in the morning and then having to call THEM back 5pm to see if it's done. Garnet Service Station should be the example to which all service stations are measured. More

It was a true pleasure to purchase our new 2013 Passat with Mr. Melcom Avrigian of Garnet VW. Mel went the extra mile even after the dealer had closed not only to deliver our new VW, but to explain in det with Mr. Melcom Avrigian of Garnet VW. This dealership doesn't participate many promotion program, such as Costco, USNews, etc. I chatted with some friends, they told me that this dealership is tough on the price. You would need to bargain hard to get the good price. The reason I went to this dealership is simply, since it's close to my home, for test drive purpose. However, I found this gentleman is quite good. being upfront and straight forward, not very pushy. So that changes my attitude of buying a car from this dealership. On my 2nd test drive visit, he was extremely busy with 3 deals to be closed, so he didn't even have time for me, other than giving me a car for me to do the test drive. At the end, before the shop closes, he gave me a good price, which he made clear that it has included all the upfront incentives. I was surprised to hear that. Although, I didn't end up buying the car from this dealership, but I would recommend to check out this gentlemen. More
