Mr. Watkins,,Iunderstand that there was some confussion on your deal.We had sent you a buyers order with all of the figures on it prior to you coming to the dealership so that there would be no misunderstanding. I understand that you had driven a long distance from Alabama to purchase this unit . The owner himself put together the numbers and had reviewed them with the salesperson prior to you traveling to our dealership.If there had been anyway that we could have accepted one thousand dollars less we would have done it while you were here.thank you for your time

There was no confusion at all. The numbers we spoke were crystal clear. I told you exactly what I would pay and you understood. At least you said you did. You said you understood what "out the door price" and "this is all I will pay" for this unit as you call it. maybe its a unit to you, I drove a truck. Do you people refer to customers as units? Tell the truth, it's about dollars, not making a customer satisfied. I have enough sense not to drive four hours on a misunderstanding. The price was clear. My son was listening to every word. If he understood, I'm sure you did. People, don't buy the misunderstanding excuse. It won't fly.
