I've been going to this dealership for all my maintenance needs and servicing the car since I bought my car here. On Friday, 2/3/2023 I took my car in for routine maintenance and they did an oil change. At t needs and servicing the car since I bought my car here. At the same time I had an appointment about supposedly lowering my monthly payments but that was bogus and they tried getting me to get a new car but that's for a different review. After waiting for more than an hour when they said the oil change will be done in 45 mins we paid and left. Mind you, we're going to North Hollywood. We didn't use the car after we got to NoHo until the evening of Saturday when I noticed the problem. The car was making clunking noises and smoking and starting to smell like burnt oil. We checked the hood and the oil cap was sitting on the side and there's oil everywhere in the hood. I will take the car back on Monday at the dealership and demand they clean it up and check the engine and perform another oil change. I will keep you all updated. I have the paperworks and receipts that they performed the oil change. More
Shocking customer service from technicians. 2 hour to diagnose problem. Come back tomorrow we’ll order part. 2 hour wait. The employees told me Our own employees are charging Please check back after few hours But the charge station allowed only hour to customers beside their own employees can charge or their own dealer vehicles ? It was great service long ago . It changed since 2013 and getting worse. No more for customers. They must reviewed by their employees to gave higher reviews. Believe me or not . You bring your Nissan Leaf to there tomorrow and again few times a month. You will experienced like Mr/Mrs outsider. More
No Communication - Feels like I've been ripped off I purchased the maintenance package when I purchased my car. Took car in this past Friday and received terrible service. They performed the o change and the adviser never spoke to me, I was only called by the cashier to sign and pick up my car. It was not until I returned home i received an e-mail stating I had a broken CV boot that required immediate attention. When I called Gardena Nissan to complain no one answered the phone, I had to press sells and by transferred the Service manager and adviser were not helpful just stated this was there policy, There was no general manger available to speak with. The manager told me if I wanted to complain to complete the survey. I would not recommend anyone purchasing the maintenance package, it is a rip off. This is my second Nissan I purchased from Gardena Nissan and at the end of my lease I will not return or do business with them again. More
