Thanks Garden Grove Kia! There was a rattle/loose screw under the seat in my newly purchased K5 GT. I went to the Kia service at Van Nuys and they were going to charge me $30 There was a rattle/loose screw under the seat in my newly purchased K5 GT. I went to the Kia service at Van Nuys and they were going to charge me $300 just to look into the issue. Even though it was under warranty and not even 2 weeks old. After calling Garden Grove, the sales manager Hiro set me up with their service dept and an appt for that weekend. They were very efficient, removed the screw and the car was ready to go within a couple hours. Thanks for your help and taking care of your customers. Now I can really enjoy driving the GT! Highly recommend this dealership and service team. More
One more time I had bad experience again with the 16k millas service on my Forte GT Line Kia, I got my car back with the same spot on tires when Tire rotation was included (I put a mark on each tire befo millas service on my Forte GT Line Kia, I got my car back with the same spot on tires when Tire rotation was included (I put a mark on each tire before take to the dealer) and the PSI tires was 56 when I got my car back. I text back to the Service advisor and he just told me:- please come by when you can so I can take a look it!- come on I was on the treeway already to Vegas. And I just noticed that when I bought my car it came with all weather mats and they never gave to me. Now that's why they texted me back less than 1 hour to tell me my car was ready!! So sad about it More
The young lady in service was completely rude to us. after signing all the papers for a loaner car she asked us to wait across at waiting room we did and after about 30 min I went back and asked her wha after signing all the papers for a loaner car she asked us to wait across at waiting room we did and after about 30 min I went back and asked her what the problem was she said sorry she was busy and picked up a folder from her desk and said follow her we went out to where the car was parked, it was the same car that my wife said we should buy one like it when we first drove in to get the loaner car? my question is why did it take so long to get the car and why she was so rude to us. we are buying a new Kia like the one we had but not from you, also we bought a new Kia Sport when you were on Garden Grove Blvd a couple years ago,( but never again from your (dealership) I will say that my service Adv. Chris Franklin was great and very polite and business like. The only other problem with service Dept. was I opened the hood and there was oil all over the inside of the hood and the handle that opens the hood. ( NONE ) of the original parts that were put back on the new engine were clean or even wiped off ?? very bad workmenship Jack Fisher More
The service department was clear and efficient regarding the service my vehicle needed, and the time it would take to complete it. Waiting for parts was the only delay, and that was just what was required t the service my vehicle needed, and the time it would take to complete it. Waiting for parts was the only delay, and that was just what was required to find the part. Nothing could have been done about that. Overall, the service was completed well and I would not hesitate to return to this KIA location for any needed additional service in the future. More
