I had an initial issue with my car that they couldn't replicate and diagnose, therefore, it wouldn't be covered under warranty. After speaking with both the dealer and Kia Corporate, they advised that if replicate and diagnose, therefore, it wouldn't be covered under warranty. After speaking with both the dealer and Kia Corporate, they advised that if the issue presented itself again, to take it in immediately to repair the issue. After a few weeks, the issue presented again, this time permanently damaging one of the features of the car. They confirmed the issue, and covered under warranty and received the car back same day. The technicians were helpful and responsive when I asked for updates. I wish that the issue would have been resolved the first time, but I understand their point of view when they couldn't replicate the issue. Other than that, everyone is friendly, they are quick and courteous. More
Brought my Telluride in for the 60K service and potential shock replacement. Service was done quickly and thoroughly Shocks were covered under warranty.
