I have an incredible experience with kia in Garden Grove this past week. Estela is sales was extremely professional and patient with me while I decided on which car to purchase. Bad Experience The staff at the service desk do not look up or acknowledge you when you arrive. I was brushed off when I tried to explain the reason I was there - th The staff at the service desk do not look up or acknowledge you when you arrive. I was brushed off when I tried to explain the reason I was there - the woman who helped us needed to complete whatever her agenda was before allowing me to speak. Very robotic. I thought a 30,000 mile service was covered by one of the two service plans I was doomed into purchasing (it wasn't). Instead of explaining the charges the person helping us just said ok, 545. I had to ask if she was talking about the time of pick up or something else. Felt like she was trying to slip a ridiculously expensive tune up by me. No impressed - left in a really bad mood. More

The service rep who attended me was incredibly friendly and explained the entire service in detail and advised me of the projected cost. While I waited I took a walk through the showroom. The showroom is incredibly cleaned and the lounge has water and coffee available. My vehicle was done in a very timely manner and the services performed on the vehicle were explained to me. I will definitely keep returning for service here and recommended to anyone Kia owner. More
