Excellent customer service! Luis Mendoza was my Service Advisor for the day. He was professional, patient, easy to work with, felt very comfortable with him (to leave my car wit Luis Mendoza was my Service Advisor for the day. He was professional, patient, easy to work with, felt very comfortable with him (to leave my car with), answered all my questions, and explained everything that we was going to do for the day. I would highly recommend working with his employee. Although he had several customers that he was working with that day, he gave everyone the same attention he gave me (or at least that is what I observed). Knowing he works at this dealership, I have no hesitation bringing my car in for service. This guy will take care of you. More

They won't fix a simple problem I have a problem with my windshield from day one. So now I received a call from the service manager and he stated that the factory said no, so when I I have a problem with my windshield from day one. Solid service and care care Called the day before I needed to bring my 2017 Kia sportage, set up an appointment, and ended up bringing it in early the next day. They took my car Called the day before I needed to bring my 2017 Kia sportage, set up an appointment, and ended up bringing it in early the next day. They took my car and got the first routine maintenance check done and called me right away. The service guys are all nice and take a minute to not just talk about the car, but a little general talk so it's not like dealing with a robot. Got my car back all checked up, oil changed, cleaned inside and out and whatnot, in a reasonable amount of time. Over all a good start for the place I just got my car at! More
