I was deciding whether or not to buy out the vehicle after the lease. After previously receiving extremely poor service from other dealers and other service departments, I was leaning toward not purchasing the vehicle. After having it serviced from Kia Garden Grove and with Jacob's constant and dependable communication, I have now purchased my previously leased vehicle. The service and Jacob was the deciding factor. It is nice to know Jacob will be there for me in the future. If there could be a commission for this purchase, please send it Jacob's way. More
