Rudy was so nice and explained everything well, only down fall was because of covid no shuttle service. First time I went to Kia in Garden Grove, I did not know what to expect since Kia of Orange's employees were always very unprofesional and rude. No wonder why they closed their Doors!!! In the service Department Luis was amazing ! He answered all my questions and the car was worked on and done in less then an hour.
