I set up my appointment to address the trunk latch recall is knowledgeable on services requested, one of the services requested was not satisfactory. Disappointing, that I was advised to return in 2 days to when the part arrives to fix recall issue. Recommend if the customer set ups an appointment to address a recall issue, the part(s) should be readily available at appointment. More
