Garden Grove Kia - Service Center

GG Kia is very pushy. I went there for an oil change and told the lady helping me that I only wanted an oil change. They began to keep insisting that I pay for more. They even had a service manager come fin told the lady helping me that I only wanted an oil change. They began to keep insisting that I pay for more. They even had a service manager come find me inside and ask me why I didn’t want any other service. 2nd, when I got home I let my car sit for a couple hours and rechecked my oil. IT WAS DIRTY! Do you guys not flush out the old oil? I will not be back to this location. More

I was brushed off when I tried to explain the reason I was there - the woman who helped us needed to complete whatever her agenda was before allowing me to speak. Very robotic. I thought a 30,000 mile service was covered by one of the two service plans I was doomed into purchasing (it wasn't). Instead of explaining the charges the person helping us just said ok, 545. I had to ask if she was talking about the time of pick up or something else. Felt like she was trying to slip a ridiculously expensive tune up by me. No impressed - left in a really bad mood. More
