GG Kia is very pushy. I went there for an oil change and told the lady helping me that I only wanted an oil change. They began to keep insisting that I pay for more. They even had a service manager come fin told the lady helping me that I only wanted an oil change. They began to keep insisting that I pay for more. They even had a service manager come find me inside and ask me why I didn’t want any other service. 2nd, when I got home I let my car sit for a couple hours and rechecked my oil. IT WAS DIRTY! Do you guys not flush out the old oil? I will not be back to this location. More

I have an incredible experience with kia in Garden Grove this past week. Estela is sales was extremely professional and patient with me while I decided on which car to purchase. I recently brought my car in to kia service and was helped out by Alexis in services. Alexis answered all my questions and followed up with me during the service of my vehicle. I felt that I was given some of the best customer service and look forward to servicing my vehicle with kia in the near future as I was helped out by people who take so much pride and care in their jobs!!!! I was brushed off when I tried to explain the reason I was there - the woman who helped us needed to complete whatever her agenda was before allowing me to speak. Very robotic. I thought a 30,000 mile service was covered by one of the two service plans I was doomed into purchasing (it wasn't). Instead of explaining the charges the person helping us just said ok, 545. I had to ask if she was talking about the time of pick up or something else. Felt like she was trying to slip a ridiculously expensive tune up by me. No impressed - left in a really bad mood. More
