I feel extremely upset, disappointed and ripped off with this dealership. I’ve taken my car to them 3 times for the same issue but yet my car still has the same problem. i paid the first two times for repai this dealership. I’ve taken my car to them 3 times for the same issue but yet my car still has the same problem. i paid the first two times for repairs almost $2000 out of pocket I had to take it back for the 3rd time less then three weeks after the second time and they kindly didn’t charge me for another diagnostic but now they’re saying it’s something else (which it didn’t seem they were sure that they actually found the true issue still, it seems like they’re still guessing) and it’s going to cost me another $1100 out of pocket I asked for some sort of discount being that It had not been even 3weeks that my car had been there and I paid. I asked if I could possibly have the labor waived I would pay for the part but the answer was no. They referred me to reach out to Kia directly so I did but they also denied me any type of help. I took my car here because I figured they were experts on Kia’s but now sadly I regret getting this car at all. More
Christopher was helpful, and he was very kind when we spoke on the phone. Originally, when I took it in on Friday, I didn’t appreciate the attitude I received from Jeremy. I appreciate that they washed my car and offered a coupon for a carwash. More
When I arrived to sign up for the service, the nearest date for service was in a few weeks, but the guys said that you can come in the morning, the next day and leave the car, and when they can, then they date for service was in a few weeks, but the guys said that you can come in the morning, the next day and leave the car, and when they can, then they will do the maintenance. I arrived at the opening of the service, and already picked up the car in 3 hours. Very good guys work in this service. I recommend! More

Getting a Kia was the biggest mistake of my entire life. They are unable to diagnose my bad engine until the moment it's out of warranty and the extended warranty is worthless.
