It could have been a glitch that caused the alert, but just to be safe, they ordered a replacement motor for the suspension. I was called the following day to inform me that the part is already in. It is great service like this that I have been coming to this dealership since 2002, and have purchased 6 Audi's. More

Engine oil consumption repairs Garber Audi, after it was determined through testing that my Audi Quatro 2.0 TFSI engine was indeed exceeding the specified upper limit for oil consum Garber Audi, after it was determined through testing that my Audi Quatro 2.0 TFSI engine was indeed exceeding the specified upper limit for oil consumption, rebuilt the engine at Audi's expenses. Given that the cars mileage was over 70K, the Audi service representative advised that it would be cost effective to do the timing belt or chain replacement while the engine was apart, saving me considerable expense in the future. In addition I had the main bearings replaced at parts cost. I now basically have a new engine. Three months later, in the spring, I noticed my AC was not working. While it took an additional trip to finally identify the refrigerant leak location, Garber Audi accepted full responsibility to put my car in tip-top condition. Washing my dirty floor mats was an added bonus. Thank you Garber Audi and the wonderful service representative who facilitated the whole process. More
