Zack was very approachable, polite, and genuine right from the jump and he made what was an uncomfortable initial experience into a very easy and simple process. Zack shares my passion for the driving experience and the Audi brand so his knowledge and understanding of my expectations and my specific vehicle made for a very rewarding and positive experience. It is because of Zack that I feel a much stronger connection with Audi Rochester knowing that my CPO S4 is going to be well cared for and looked after during my time of ownership. Long and short I will be back to perform all of the necessary work and services for my vehicle because of Zack and the piece of mind he brings with Audi ownership and knowing that my questions, concerns, and needs will all be addressed without hesitation.
