I recently contacted Audi of Rochester to have my car serviced, only to be told they cannot work on it because it is over 10 years old. This was quite shocking considering the car was over $100,000 when serviced, only to be told they cannot work on it because it is over 10 years old. This was quite shocking considering the car was over $100,000 when new. It seems clear that unless you're wealthy and buying a new Audi every few years, Audi of Rochester doesn't care about you. Their refusal to service older, high-end vehicles shows that the second-hand consumer market is obviously not their main demographic. Extremely disappointed with their lack of support for loyal Audi owners. This is my second Audi and sadly, may be my last! More
