Best Holiday Experience ever! I was visiting family in Best Holiday Experience ever! I was visiting family in the Buffalo/Rochester area and went to take a look at a Cayenne Diesel. My local dealerships had told me I had to wait 2-3 months before I could get one as "they were very hot, and they sold out every one of them at asking price". Tim was very professional and greeted me as soon as I stepped foot in to the dealership. He showed me a Cayenne Diesel that had just arrived and I fell in love with it right away. I was a little nervous buying a car from out of state, but he quickly assisted me with the process and ensured all of my questions were answered. I think the dealership may have been giving holiday discounts.. but I was amazed by the discount I was given and VERY happy to say the least. Although I had a long drive ahead and it's snowy out -- they had the car re-detailed for me to pick up! Thank you so much Tim and the staff at Rochester! They also have a really nice supercar in the Audi showroom.. it's quite the looker. More

Do not attempt to trade a car to this dealer as they offer you 20% less than others. Was fully prepared to buy a new 80,000 car however after they brought out the person who appraised my car (who mig offer you 20% less than others. I do not recommend this dealer and suggest if you are buying a Porsche you take the ride to a major city. It will save you thousands. As a side note the salesman Dan was not the issue - he was professional but didnt have the final say in any deal. More

I was looking for a Mazda CX-5 recently. Garber was the first dealer I contacted with, simply because it was closer. After two visits, I sat down with the guy (Mark) to discuss about the price. Normally dealers sell new cars with prices lower than the MSRP value. However this dealer refuse to give any discount. They said the price margin was very small and the CX-5 is popular (which basically means if I don't buy it, others will buy it anyway). what reason is that?!! So I contacted other 2 dealers in Rochester area. Guess what, both of them can provide about $700 discount. So I went to the dealer at West Ridge and purchased my car with the right color and model I want and with a satisfied price. FYI, the lady at Mazda West Ridge Rd. is Judy. Very nice lady! More
