Based on my initial conversation with Mark, where we discussed my needs in the car, Mark was quickly able to identify a car that was CUSTOMIZED to my needs. He exceeded my expectations and I was given a very reasonable deal on the car. Omar was my finance manager. He was very organized, transparent, and through. John is the manager and filled in for Mark while he was out for a few days. John is personable, pleasant, and very responsible. I was in and out the door in record time for an oil change. I was told of a few things my car will need in the near future (tires, breaks, wipers) and wasn't pressured to get anything done on the spot change.
