Joe was incredible to work with and very unlike any car salesman I’ve ever worked with. He was genuinely concerned about helping me find the car I wanted at the price I needed. Annie was fantastic from start to beginning. She was welcoming, honest and gave her best price. She was also quite accommodative with her time. I knew her price was competitive as I checked away and it was the same as another dealership where I had a personal relationship. My disappointment came with the financing department. When I left Jose was vague about the rate he could get me and said he thinks he could get 4.99%. When I picked it up he said 5.99%. He was trying to sell me all of these additional warantee packages and said, "would you do the warantee if I could get financing down to 4.99%. There is no doubt in my mind 4.99% was achievable and when I came home, I called my friends dealership, the finance guy told me he would have been able to get me 4.99% max or to check Chase given the amount of capital I had in the account. The 100bps makes a difference and I know these markets well. That was a bait and switch. I also didnt know about the DMV registration of $750 extra. Annie- very happy! Excellent ambassador for your dealership. Finance Team- not impressed and would prevent me from recommending Garavel. Know your client as I dont tolerate this. More

Carlos is a great sales associate. Very patient. I test drove a Grand Cherokee, but wound up buying a Wrangler. He went out of his way to pull up all the service records on the vehicl Very patient.
