I do have a very bussy schedule, when a called to make an appointment, they gave me all the possible solutions just to drop the truck for service. Ganley Chevy West is, by far, the best car dealership we have ever dealt with. They made the entire process of buying a new car enjoyable. Our salesman, Felipe Soto, was simply outstanding. His knowledge of the new technology on new cars is truly amazing. He very patiently explained and demonstrated everything on our new car. We can't say enough about what a great job he did. The Sales Manager, Dan Zegarac, also made us feel very welcome right from the start. He checked in repeatedly to make sure that everything was ok and to see if we needed anything. He was also very friendly and accomodating. We also loved our finance person, Jeff Duelly. He made the entire financing part of buying a new car as easy as he possibly could. Everything was very clearly explained and all questions answered. He was very nice throughout the process, also. Obviously, we are EXTREMELY satisfied with our experience at Ganley West.
