He was professional, very friendly and extremely knowledgable. He did a great job of answering all of our questions and educating us on each of the vehicles we test drove. His knowledge of the new technology on new cars is truly amazing. He very patiently explained and demonstrated everything on our new car. We can't say enough about what a great job he did. The Sales Manager, Dan Zegarac, also made us feel very welcome right from the start. He checked in repeatedly to make sure that everything was ok and to see if we needed anything. He was also very friendly and accomodating. We also loved our finance person, Jeff Duelly. He made the entire financing part of buying a new car as easy as he possibly could. Everything was very clearly explained and all questions answered. He was very nice throughout the process, also. Obviously, we are EXTREMELY satisfied with our experience at Ganley West. We would not hesitate to buy another car from them. We will definately recommend them to all of our family and friends! Best of all, WE LOVE OUR NEW CHEVY CRUZE!!!!!! What an awesome car!
