junk cars and xxxxty service this is by far the worse dealership experience i ever had. service department is absolutely terrible they sell lemons and lie about services being don this is by far the worse dealership experience i ever had. service department is absolutely terrible they sell lemons and lie about services being done to your car just to get you on your way..my 2016 malibu has had nothing but electric problems since i bought it brand new and nothing gets done about it they take it in keep it for a week and some times 3 weeks then return it to you and within 3 months your right back in the dealership with another check engine light same code different part needs replaced. its all one big scam to steal money from the people and warranty companies. i don't recommend this dealership to anyone. steer clear if you can while you have the chance... I went to look for a new used car today 4/18/2020. I thought, I might of found a nice 2011 chevy colbolt. It looked nice outside and in. It drove good when I test drove it on the roads and freeway. No l thought, I might of found a nice 2011 chevy colbolt. It looked nice outside and in. It drove good when I test drove it on the roads and freeway. No lights or issues that I could see or find. Yet.. After looking at the car fax. It was involved in 2 big wrecks. 1 front end and the second was major wreck in the back end where it smashed the back in. The car also had over 102150 mile car. It was in good shape. But in dealing with the sale staff. The sales staff and manger . Use pushy sale tatics to try to push you into buying a car that day. When I came here, I told them point blank. That all I was doing and was start to look to find something. And I wasn't looking to buy right now. I was getting my own bank funding and waiting for my check to come. But, they still made me wait saying they were crunching the numbers as if they were pushing me to buy this car right now. I was like what you mean crunching the numbers. I did not say. I was ready or was wanting to buy. The car is 5,999. And as much as it was a good looking car. I was Lerry of the 2 major wrecks and high miles. The sales guy waiting on my made me sit and wait for ever. They brought the number sheet out. And the car jumped in price from 5,999 to 8,000. I'm like how did a 6,000 car jump from 2,000 more in price. Very shady. Not only did this make think this dealers up to something fish and the cars a lemon or has hidden issues. Also the salesmen here use very pushy sales tatics. I left this place feeling not listed to or respected. And I am a good judge of character. This dealer seems to be shady and untrustworthy worthy. Terrible experience There is no 0 stars !! Terrible experience started since I bought my chevy trax 2015 on September 5th !! 1) started with broken mirror , they so There is no 0 stars !! Terrible experience started since I bought my chevy trax 2015 on September 5th !! 1) started with broken mirror , they sold it to me with a broken mirror which I figured it out the second day !! I went there and I told them about it, they denied it , I showed them the photos for the car inside there website and it was there, then they want me to pay half of the replacement! But I decided not to fix it because of that 2) second thing, in November ( 2 months after I bought it ) the check engine light came on, I took it to them to check it out, they told me it’s the catalytic converter need to be replaced for around $1200 !! I took my car and I called the Customer Experience Manager and I explained the situation to her that I had the car for two months and around 4000 miles driven and you want me to pay $1200 to fix it ! How they said they inspected the car before selling it ?! Why they didn’t checked it out before selling it ! If it’s breaks, tires, shocks or any wear and tear I wouldn’t even talk about it ! But this is not ! So the service department called me and they said we are gonna give you a discounted price which is around 50% and I said okay, even I am not happy with it but I said it’s something. I dropped the car for service Friday around 5 pm as agreed with the service advisor, he said it should be done by Saturday, and because I use it for work purposes Monday - Friday I would need it on Monday to go to work, Especially they didn’t give me a loaner car I can use! They didn’t call me on Saturday so i called them 3 times and they told me we will get back to you and they never did, I called them near 4 pm and they told me they left already !! They left without even let me know anything ! On Monday they called me in the morning telling me that they ordered the wrong part !! I was like ?! Am I at the dealership or a regular repair shop ! How they ordered a wrong part when they knew what’s wrong with the car !! They asked me if I want to pick up the car Because the part going to arrive on Wednesday, I was like okay I will come and pick it up. He told me to give hime around an hour to put the parts together and I gave him 8 hours instead of one ! I picked the car up around 5:30 pm, I looked inside the car and there was the plastic shield that goes underneath the car left by the rear seats ! They didn’t put it on ! I asked the service advisor what the xxxx is this and why they left it here and he said I don’t know ! But they will put it back when they get the part !! I was shocked for the PROFESSIONAL SERVICE they provide !! The I took my car and left. Till this day no body called me for the part ! And I don’t know if they got it or not ! And I don’t know if I want to fix my car there after that !! If you don’t want to fix the car tell me !! Don’t waste my time for nothing !! This is the 3rd car I bought from you guys ! And it looks like it’s gonna be the last time ! More
