Ava Williams was fantastic in handling my purchase of a BMW CPO Protection Plan! Had a unique case where BMW’s software system was being upgraded during my CPO vehicle purchase so it was not showing up as BMW CPO Protection Plan! Had a unique case where BMW’s software system was being upgraded during my CPO vehicle purchase so it was not showing up as a CPO. She made calls to get things confirmed ultimately facilitating everything being updated correctly. Way above and beyond!! Highly recommend!!! More
