Awesome! We are moving to Fort Myers from Myrtle Beach, SC and are building a Carriage Home. We needed to downsize our Highlander to a small vehicle. My husband researched many small cars that would fit in our garage with a large SUV and a Golf Cart. The KIA was our choice from all of the excellent reviews seen on-line and after meeting and talking with our Salesman Richard “Ricky Bobby” Sanetti. Ricky Bobby immediately greeted us and talked to us about our interest which we told him was the KIA since all of the ratings were excellent. And the size of the vehicle was exactly what we needed. He took us out to the lot and we drove the KIA with Ricky Bobby as he explained in detail the car which was very helpful, and after the drive we totally knew the KIA was the car for us. After our drive we went into his office to discuss the details in length. The cost was in our budget and the price they quoted for our Highlander was acceptable. We would also like to thank Zeke Garcia the Sales Manager and Ryan Gambil, Financial Advisor. Ricky Bobby is a professional, experienced, committed, efficient, very sincere and honest. Throughout our hours with him we never experience a more thorough salesman who was fun to talk to, high in spirit and he knows how to satisfy his customer. Will never buy again or recommend to anyone As for the sales reps everyone was welcoming, but as for the KIA name in general the vehicles suck! I don't blame my sales rep that he works for a sorry company. My husband bought a 2016 KIA Sedona not even a year old yet and it seems like I've gone to get it serviced every month. First off the vehicle was full of little ants from being under a tree at the dealer and nothing was done about it then about a week after we purchased it we got some heavy rain and the water was leaking into the back tailgate, I took it in for service twice before they could figure out what was wrong with it. So now my van smells humid :-( on top of that they put a scratch on the tailgate and wanted me to take it back a third time to buff it out and eliminate the odor inside, I was already there for over 3 hours and I understand they are busy but my issue should of been a priority especially with me living 2 1/2 hours away so nothing was ever done about that. I think they should make exceptions for some customers and make arrangements for us to come in on weekends with it being their mistakes. Well to continue after about a month my husband noticed that the navigation screen was pushed in from one side and popping out from the other side so I took it in for service and they said some screws were loose. Then one day my kids wanted to watch a movie on the DVD player and when they tried lifting the screen it was jammed again I took it in for service and they said some screws were loose that didn't allow it to open back up. I recently just took it in again because the traction light was coming on and the brakes would make a cracking sound and jam up, I was told the hubs needed to be replaced so they ordered parts and I have to go in once more to get them put on. I'm sorry but their service sucks and I will never buy a KIA again or recommend it to anyone. More

Changed my concept of the pains of buying a new car I am a senior citizen and from the time I bought my first car at age 21 I had a fear of going into a dealership. Let's be honest, car salesmen can be I am a senior citizen and from the time I bought my first car at age 21 I had a fear of going into a dealership. Let's be honest, car salesmen can be extremely pushy and sometimes, untruthful ( ex: Good choice, my wife drives the same car!). I had the most delightful experience with Zach Hayes this week. He actually took my lead and allowed me to shop, to choose and then when we negotiated, he understood my position. We shook hands and I bought a car with ease. The follow up, with Dave was extremely pleasant, no pushing, no additional sales pitch....just comfort. My husband and I drove away from Galeana with a new car and a nice feeling, unlike times we have all felt we may have made a mistake. Thank you Zach and Dave. More

Called me a liar Bought a used car from Galeana. Traded my car in and thay put a 30 day tag on my new used car. Thinking that i was getting new plates, I startrd getti Bought a used car from Galeana. Traded my car in and thay put a 30 day tag on my new used car. Thinking that i was getting new plates, I startrd getting worried with only one day left on my tags. I called and the next day my registration and sticker showed up. I called and they said they usually put the tag under the 30 day tag. No such luck. They then daid we put them in the back. So long story short they basically called me a liar and said i Lost the plate and will not take responsibility you would think buying a 2 car from a dealer in 6 months would mean something but not to them. Never, Never again will I buyanything from them and would not trust them to do anything they say. Update- Ricky Bobby was able to reinburst me for $38.00 for the cost of my lost tag after 48 hours of the managers blaming me. K More
