Galeana Chrysler Dodge Jeep Fiat

Feeling ripped off I traded in a 2015 Kia Optima, thinking that my lease was us after 3 years. When approached I told my salesman that my thought my lease was up and wan I traded in a 2015 Kia Optima, thinking that my lease was us after 3 years. When approached I told my salesman that my thought my lease was up and wanted to check out their Jeeps instead of a Kia. Well low and behold my lease was not up and now 3 months later Kia wants 3700 from me for the rest of my lease. I feel that if a salesman is going to sell you an expensive purchase, they should at least let you know what the HEY, options. Like Hey, by the way your lease is not up would have been nice. Manager was a jerk and said like Oh 'well, K McKinny.,Guess it"s just about making the sale I will never ever purchase, lease or reccommend anyone to step foot in this place. They can have their cheap knockoff smart watches. At least when Fuccilla sells you a car they let you know your bottom line from your trade in without being dishonest. The 1,000 and the free cruise, great service will be the reason when my lease is up I will go to FUCILLA in Cape Coral before I go back to Galeana. They didn't even give me plate. Had to track down my license plate to. Terrible terrible salesmanship More

He is knowledgeable and after hearing what we were looking for and appraising our trade, he came back within 10 minutes with a great deal. We didn't even have to negotiate. It was a MUCH better experience than when we purchased our Chevy Colorado a year ago that took 3.5 hours! From start to finish, we were out of there in under 2 hours. Still Can’t believe I got this good of a deal! I just called to see if Galeana has the Jeep I wanted and if they would give me a little deal to get my business.
