Quick, Friendly, Proffesional I am in love with my 2006 Saab 9-5. Joon was so friendly and helpful, working me through everything over the phone. Could not have been better. And on I am in love with my 2006 Saab 9-5. Joon was so friendly and helpful, working me through everything over the phone. Could not have been better. And once I was there, Mark walked me through the car, and even pointed out that the spring in the steering wheel was missing, and had another one ordered already, and told me they would install it. Many car places would have just sold me the car without that and left me to fend on my own, but here they really took me in and treated me like family. For it being the first car I ever financed, I could not have come to a better place. I just got my first payment all set up, and GT Auto Sales called me to let me know my license plate it in. Overall very satisfied. Cant wait for the spring to come in so I have another excuse to go down there. More
