Awesome service From the begining they didn't try and push cars that we didn't want on us, they showed us what we asked to see, and even took the time to get to know From the begining they didn't try and push cars that we didn't want on us, they showed us what we asked to see, and even took the time to get to know us and what would work best. The manager got us a great deal for a newer car at a lower price than I was currently paying. These guys are awesome! More

I called the dealership dozens of times, only getting through to JD once. He assured me he would talk to the shop and get it fixed. After several more calls and a week later I just fixed it myself. If you want a good deal go for it, but buyer beware my truck is not 100% mechanically sound and customer service doesn't exist to them. I will never buy from anyone other than reputable new car dealers again, even for used. More
This was absolutely the worst car-buying experience of my life. Five minutes after driving off the lot, the "check engine" light came on in the car they (over)sold me. When I went back, they just gave me the life. Five minutes after driving off the lot, the "check engine" light came on in the car they (over)sold me. When I went back, they just gave me the "sucks to be you" look and offered to give me just over half of what I paid for it in trade on a more expensive car. How despicable can you get? In the end, they agreed to make and even exchange on another car (that had been cheaper than the one I bought). Judging by the other reviews about them (not counting the ones that they obviously wrote for themselves), I guess I should be lucky I got that much. Stay away from these slimeballs if you don't want to get ripped off. I sure wish I had checked them out before I went there in the first place. Live and learn, I suppose. Oh, and to sleazy salesman Doug: It's not a "cadillac converter," you ignorant jerk. (No, I didn't mis-hear him, he actually wrote it down that way). I don't know a lot about cars, but I know what a catalytic converter is. I guess you don't actually need to know anything about cars to sell people crappy ones. More
We bought our car from them after a bad car accident. We bought our car from them after a bad car accident. They overcharged greatly and lied to us every step of the way. The first guy wouldnt even let We bought our car from them after a bad car accident. They overcharged greatly and lied to us every step of the way. The first guy wouldnt even let us LOOK at cars and sent us to a different location (seriously.. xxx). At the second location we were told they had 1 car on the property (OUT OF OUR PRICE RANGE OF COURSE) and said that is the only car we could buy. That was a lie. When we were getting financing they told us we were going through one company but ont he papers it said another and when I asked he acted like he didnt know what I was talking about.............. When we finally got the car-- man how i wish we werent desperate...... I noticed the miles were over 10,000 MORE than the papers said.. they told us that the only way to fix it was for themt o take the car back for a few days (xxx would they be doing for a few DAYS??) after we'd already started paying/paying down payments etc etc. In the end we couldnt do that because I was in a wheelchair/on crutches and my husband is a soldier and HAD to get to work which was 30 minutes from where we lived. Of course over the course of a year things have been going haywire. The battery died. Firestone told me that the tires were literally falling apart form the inside so we had to replace those. The back trunk is missing a door piece for a storage area. There was a burn mark in the ceiling they swear wasnt froma cigarette (said the car hadnt been smoked in) but come on. I wish I wasnt hopped up on pain meds from surgery when we bought it or this would have been way more smooth. They are nothing but bad people hurting good people and ripping off hte military. More
This dealership sells substandard vehicles at an inflated price. I purchased a 2007 Mini Cooper for what my research told me was KBB price of $19,000. After driving off the lot I began discovering things a price. I purchased a 2007 Mini Cooper for what my research told me was KBB price of $19,000. After driving off the lot I began discovering things about the vehicle. Options that I was told were installed were not. The vehicle electronics system had been modified to for an aftermarket speaker system, which was not disclosed in the original paperwork. 90 days into owning the vehicle, warning lights began to come on indicating according to the owners manual that there was a major electrical problem. When I returned to the dealership I asked for their assistance in correcting the issue either through replacing the vehicle or by fixing the problem. Their response was use the warranty sold with the vehicle or trade in the car for a new one. The issue being that after 3 months of owning the vehicle I have $10,000 in negative equity. Now no dealership will touch me for 2 years because of the massive deficit. The finance company and the dealership have placed this US Soldier into a position where I can not afford to fix the faults, nor can I get a second vehicle in order to safely transport myself back and forth to work. Unless they correct the faults free of charge and reduce the amount of negative equity in the vehicle which was caused by a $5,000+ increase in price (which they will claim was tax, title, and registration) or they can replace the vehicle with another of similar value.
