Craiglist I saw a car posted on Craigslist and inquired about it. The response was brief, which ok, maybe you are busy. Not a good way to earn business. After reading the reviews here, I decided not to head in. I was a very serious buyer too. Cash in hand. A little customer service would have gone a LONG way. More

Took car to Honda dealer who had car on record with full report of these issues 2 months before but we're never fixed or disclosed to me dying sales process. GRT is a great dealership, great cars, great prices, great salespeople. I have purchased 2 cars from them and are 100% satisfied in every way. They are so helpful and take your needs into consideration. They will even work with you to find a car you want and the price you want to pay. Their prices are unbelievable! From the first 5 minutes of arriving at GRT Motors I knew something was not right. We arrived to the lot, walk up to the cars and start browsing around; the guy working there continued washing his car like w something was not right. I suppose he was not very eager to sell any vehicles as we waltzed around the lot looking at various cars until finally the awkward silence is broken and we introduce ourselves and say we are just browsing (hoping he can give is some insight on his business and prices). It was an awkward and brief introduction and He continued to basically ignore us and not engage in conversation while we looked at various car models. We finally see a vehicle that is interesting and request a test drive. We take a 30 minute test drive ( we drive around, stop in a lot, inspect the car entirely from truck to hood, etc.); 30 minutes is reasonable as certain dealers have full day test drives as an option. Anyhow, we find the vehicle to be pretty nice and nothing seemed flawed in the 30 minute frame ; we discuss possibly buying the car but at the same time I was suspicious at the dealers attitude( not talking, seemed annoyed and impatient, bad attitude). Upon return to the lot, Rob welcomes us back with " Thought you guys got lost." as we laugh it off we inquire about some small details about the car (missing spare tire, hood got very hot, prices, etc, warranty). Once he mubmled " I don't have a crystal ball, I can't tell you what the future brings- You could probably find a spare tire at a junk yard somewhere for 30-40 bucks". At this point we smile and say "Thank you very much" and promptly leave that place. Now if the bad vibes at that dealer wasn't bad enough, the VIN number on the car we were interested in was not found on CARFAX. Seems highly suspicious if you ask me. Stay away from this place at all costs. Do not let the prices fool you; all they want is your money. It's a joke that their website says " We treat our customers like family". Lies upon Lies with this place. More
