Jubilant Renewal Lease Six years ago I leased my first Nissan from Lupient. I was treated with the utmost Respect, Attentiveness, and Courtesy. From start to finish it was Six years ago I leased my first Nissan from Lupient. I was treated with the utmost Respect, Attentiveness, and Courtesy. From start to finish it was an effortless procedure with my (the customer) best interests at hand. The leasing agent was mindful to take every opportunity to go over the owners manual so I understood my Sentra as if I had built it. The finance agent was more than earnest in making me an informed customer. I was introduced to the mechanics, office manager, and everyone who made Lupient a business. I drove home with my new Sentra and ultimately knew I had made a sound business decision. 3 years later, I renewed my lease with a new Sentra and once again, I couldn't be more pleased with the perseverance of the entire staff to compliment my needs with a reliable vehicle and an extended "Family" to work with. October 21, 2017 I renewed my 3rd lease with Lupient with a 2017 Sentra...Gunshot Metallic with Black Rims and Trim! New look indeed, however, the "REAL NEW" was working with a woman leasing agent! I was the luckiest woman in Rochester to have a committed provider of customer service. Elora Kennedy is thoroughly trained, knowledgeable, and creates a trusting rapport. Elora Kennedy's attention to detail is second to my own. Elora Kennedy is successful because she is genuinely interested in treating women right when they come in to the showroom. I can easily see Elora Kennedy owning a dealership in the future and I couldn't be more proud and happy for her. Hands down, she had me in a new lease in less than 3 hours...and I WAS HAPPY and Completely Satisfied. Elora Kennedy is a very talented woman and I am more thankful for her expertise than I am to my hair dresser. After all, aside from my mortgage, this is the second biggest ticket item in my budget. With women making a reported 80-85% of the sales decisions on cars these days, it "pays" to identify with a woman in the field. Thank you Elora...very much! I am looking forward in 3 years to jubilantly renewing my lease for a fourth time at Lupient, with Elora Kennedy. God Willing, I will bring my "silver muzzle" canine in again to enjoy the ride home in a new Nissan with the assurance that "it takes a village" and I am driving the best vehicle that best satisfies my needs.
