Customer is first I have never bought from Lupient Nissan previously, so this is my first experience, and as a former trainer for customer service, I am keenly aware of I have never bought from Lupient Nissan previously, so this is my first experience, and as a former trainer for customer service, I am keenly aware of how a company can and should present themselves to their customers, new or returning. I found my experience was wonderful: questions asked were questions answered, if I stated a preference, a call was brought out with those preferences for me to look at. Closing the deal, we were a bit apart on our expectations, but we were allowed to continue to negotiation until both sides reached the best solution for me and for their business. I also observed other customers and all were treated with the same respect and caring.
