Excellent experience in buying a new car. I was looking to get a new Buick Enclave to replace my existing Enclave. I wanted a certain model (color, external and internal). Since there wasn't o I was looking to get a new Buick Enclave to replace my existing Enclave. I wanted a certain model (color, external and internal). Since there wasn't one on the lot, Al Boysen took the time to locate one, quite aways away and get it to the dealership. I do all my service activity at Lupient and buying a new Enclave (3rd one), is part of always using Lupient. People are always pleasant to deal with. Al took the time to explain some of the new features on the 2017 that were different from my 2016. My experience is always good in all departments, sales, service and body shop. For example last year I had two needs to use the bodyshop and I needed it in a short time before the holidays (XMAS). They got the parts and turned it around quickly. More
