Since it changed ownership it’s very difficult to get through to to the service desk some days, not as organized as it was under Becker. Grateful some of the same service people are there as they are gre through to to the service desk some days, not as organized as it was under Becker. Just not sure how I’ll rate it when there is an issue and that is the ultimate test of a dealership. Owning up to their mistakes. The sales rep we worked initially John Lidgerwood is now gone and he literally came over and always remembered me while I waited for my car to be serviced at times.
