I was quickly and kindly greeted by a service person. I asked about the name change. He assured me that the service department staff was the same. Did my LOF quickly. Our Canyon was ordered in December when your company was still Becker Buick, GMC. That all went well. The truck came in earlier than expected, which also was fine. Shawn was great to work with and helped still Becker Buick, GMC. That all went well. The truck came in earlier than expected, which also was fine. Shawn was great to work with and helped us set up certain features in the truck. He worked hard to get all the points earned and applied them to the purchase price. However, we received only one key fob as the other was nowhere to be found. We still have not received our key fob and no one seems to know what we are talking about when Shawn is not in the showroom/office. It would be nice to have this matter resolved asap. Thanks. More

The service department has always been dependable and gotten things done right the first time. In the past they have been able to correct a recall on my Chevy Malibu that the Chevy dealer did not know ho gotten things done right the first time. In the past they have been able to correct a recall on my Chevy Malibu that the Chevy dealer did not know how to deal with. For this trip they were very efficient and even got the service done ahead of schedule. More
