I purchased a used GMC Envoy from Joyce, Jason Myers was the sales associate I worked with. I would reccomend requesting Jason as your sales associate. Unfortunately, a service light came on 2 days after my the sales associate I worked with. I would reccomend requesting Jason as your sales associate. I live out of town and it was an inconvience for me to bring my vehicle to Joyce during regular service department hours. The first time I had it in the service department he met me after hours to accept my Envoy and give me a rental and then again when I picked up my vehicle. The problem was not fixed the first time it was in the service department, which was disappointing, but again Jason went above to help me get my vehicle back to the Joyce service department. He arranged for my vehicle to be picked up from my home and be dropped back off to my home after it was repaired,again leaving me a rental car. Jason made a difficult situation better with his dedication to customer service and for that I am thankful and would reccomened him and Joyce. More

I have purchased 2 vehicles from Joyce and have been treated like a king both times. I went in to buy a new vehicle this time, but because of my financial situation, I ended up going the used car route treated like a king both times.
