One more thing that is unbelievable....Matt will run your vehicle through their automatic car wash, for free! Just stop by anytime they say, and they will clean it up for you, the customer, what a concept! To me, it's an old school, customer first, shake your hand, look you in the eye, and get you what you want approach, that gets my business everytime! Went to look at it twice, once without my wife since car was a present for her, and once with her. Eric Ptttman was our saleman, Jason Myers assisted when Eric was off. All personnel we dealt with were polite, personable, and professional. There was absolutely no pressure. I did considerable research and found their price to be very fair considering age, mileage and condition of car. They gave me almost as much in trade in as I could have gotten by selling it myself - thus avoiding all the hassle of selling a car. Car had some small scratches in clear coat which I requested they buff out. They did so with no argument. There is nothing negative to say about this purchase, only positives. More
