IT WAS A REAL PLEASURE FOR MY WIFE AND MYSELF WHEN WE STOPPED INTO JOYCE BUICK TO LOOK AT THE NEW REGAL. THE ASSOCIATES WERE ALL SO FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL. NOT TO MENTION THE GREAT COFFEE AND COOKIES SHE PROVIDED. IN THE FUTURE WE WILL CERTAINTLY LOOK LISA UP FIRST OF ALL WHEN WE DECIDE TO PURCHASE AGAIN. The night that we took possession of the vehicle, the back window regulator broke. Even though the vehicle was "as is" they had us bring it in and they repaired at no charge! The service center was as professional as the sales area. Very appreciative of the excellent service we received from the sales and service departments. We would not hesitate to refer this dealership to anyone looking to purchase a used or new vehicle. More
