I drove from Shelbyville, Ky. because the 2008 4-runner was the perfect vehicle for me. when I got there the truck was everything advertised and more. I found a LaSabre that I just couldn't stop looking at. Stacy, the saleslady, greeted me and suggested I take it for a test drive so I did. After placing a dealer tag on the vehicle we were off. Stacy was already armed with the carfax as well as detailed mechanical maintenance records that she told us about during the test drive. This is most helpful. I was impressed enough to want to apply for the necessary loan to pay for that car but was hesitant.....I told Stacy I want the loan on MY terms this time after many years of accepting loans as they come I want a loan that is zero down and payments under a certain amount. She worked hard and found a lender that met my needs and affordability without any grief to me. Joyce Buick is already a quality dealership and with Stacy as the listening saleslady with a drive to succeed they will continue to be above other dealers. I believe within 30 seconds I told him I hated sales people and car shopping. HaHa Other than it being a 92 degree day, the day went perfect. To be honest I can't say enough about the respect everyone (Patrick, Matt Molton, Dayna Molton, Bill Joyce and Mark Molton) showed my wife, myself and Ranger our dog. I could've sat and talked with Mr. Bill Joyce all day. How often does dealership owner 1) greet you 2) sit down and talk, not just about buying a vehicle 3) explained in detail about the vehicle? I have never experienced this before. Back to my salesman Patrick Horn, what a laid back guy and happens to be a UK fan. Go CATS! He kept me informed of updates like promised. The extras we asked for he came through like promised and prompt. He even delivered our vehicle to us and picked up our trade in. I highly recommend you asking for him when you look into purchasing your next vehicle. Matt Molton, a little windy (not in a bad way though) but upfront. May take a minute to get to end of the road but it was a pleasure working with him as well. Dayna Molton kept Ranger entertained for a few minutes while we sat inside on this hot day. Mark Molton, the behind the scene guy who happens to handle your financing. Explained everything in detail and let you ask questions if needed, which we greatly appreciated. We have only one negative thing to say. The detail department could spend a little extra time cleaning vehicle. Other than that it was a great experience. What we mostly enjoyed is the "no pressure" buying experience. I can not stress that enough! I will most definitely call Joyce next time we purchase a vehicle. Great job Joyce!! Philip & Sara More
