I was in desperate need of a car and walked into this place feeling stressed. Erick and the other guys were so pleasant and easy to work with. I’m writing this review to warn others about a very troubling experience my dad and I had at this dealership. Late on a Saturday night, my dad went in for what was supposed to be a simple test drive troubling experience my dad and I had at this dealership. Late on a Saturday night, my dad went in for what was supposed to be a simple test drive. Instead, he was pressured into a situation where they **refused to provide any pricing or financing details unless he signed a contract first**. Because he’s older and trusted what they were telling him, he went along with the process — but the entire interaction was misleading from the start. They attempted to sell him a **2015 Toyota Tacoma with 130K miles for $25,000**, loaded with add-ons and a warranty they kept stacking on without clearly explaining. They also claimed they had other vehicles to show him, but instead **proceeded with a deal behind his back**. Thankfully, his credit was frozen, which delayed the process and gave us time to step in. When I reviewed the situation, it immediately raised red flags: * There was a dealer contract, but **no documentation from the lender** * No one could clearly explain the **interest rate, lender, or loan terms** * They claimed the deal was already approved, yet couldn’t provide proof We returned Monday morning to get clarity. That’s when things got worse. They: * **Refused to provide copies** of what he signed * Claimed “he already has it” and wouldn’t issue another copy * Could not identify the lender or loan terms * Told us to “just make one payment and come back later” — which is extremely concerning When I contacted the lender they mentioned, I was told the application was **still pending and required more information** — meaning the dealership was not being truthful. It felt like they were preparing to **submit or alter information without our consent**, especially since they already had his ID and credit details. Throughout the entire process, we dealt with the sales rep, finance manager, sales manager, and general manager. Instead of helping, they: * Gave inconsistent and false information * Became defensive and aggressive when questioned * Repeatedly told us it was “too late” while clearly not having finalized anything Only after we: * Contacted the bank to stop the down payment * Froze credit and alerted the bureaus …did they change their tone — and even then, they became aggressive over the phone. This experience was dishonest, high-pressure, and incredibly concerning. I understand how the car industry works, but **lying, withholding information, and attempting to manipulate a customer — especially someone older — is unacceptable**. It’s also suspicious that this dealership has very few reviews despite a high rating. I hope this review helps others avoid a similar situation and encourages accountability. No one should have to go through this just to buy a car. More
