Then they said they sent a TEXT asking me to send my SS # a text I never got by the way and not once followed up with a phone call. My temp tag was about to expire so I decided to call and find out about title and plates only to be told they still needed my SS # so they could send my stuff to the dmv. No here we are 11 days after my temp tag expired and still no tags. But I was told there system is secure and safe and I should have called them instead of the other way around. So unprofessional and I see why they have so many bad reviews Now 20 days after expiration and still not resolved. Called yesterday January 23rd and was told by the female in the title department to call dmv myself And the supposed letter for the extension was sent to my phone ????? How does that even work besides the fact I never got it anyway. I have been pulled over once already but the officer let me go. More

On 19, November 2025 I purchased a 2016 Ford transit from G Motors of Old Bridge, I paid 10,000.00 cash and financed what should have been 14,000.00. At time of sale I questioned the price of the vehicle an G Motors of Old Bridge, I paid 10,000.00 cash and financed what should have been 14,000.00. At time of sale I questioned the price of the vehicle and I was told that 1995.00 plus tax had been added to the price of the vehicle. I had previously told them (Javier, Alex, Nick, Joel and others that I did not want an extended warranty. On the 19th they told me if I removed the warranty at time time of sale the financing would be declined. they told me to cancel the warranty 31 days after date of sale. They also told me that they had thoroughly inspected the vehicle and it would pass pa safety inspection and that it was safe to drive. I was not provided any documentation for the warranty or even a name on the date of purchase. The warranty is also accruing interest. I gave the dealership a list of immediate concerns on November 19 and we agreed that upon inspection by my mechanic and PA safety inspection station that they would make or pay for said repairs. Between 24, November 2025 and 9, December 2025 I made more than a dozen calls to gmotors demanding the name of the warranty company, they refused to comply. On 10, December 2025 I arrived at the dealership to have the front suspension repaired the rear latch replaced both mirrors replaced, the oil leaks repaired. The latch was not replaced, the oil leaks not properly repared nothing was done to the front suspension. I called joel the service after I left and he said have the repairs made and management would issue a check payable to me. Also on the the 19th of December I confronted a manager about cancelling the the warranty, he provided the name and number of the warranty company (PWI). I called them and they explained if the warranty was not cancelled within 29 days I would be unable to cancel. I was also told that the dealership needed to print a cancellation form and submit since they purchased the warranty and sold it to me. They are also the ones who need to refund 1995.00 plus tax and accrued interest for the warranty, it was obvious that they did not want to cancel or refund the warranty money, an apparent attempt to commit fraud. I was provided a signed dated cancellation form by one of the managers(it seems like everyone claims to be a manager). On December 17 2025 I took the vehicle for a required PA safety inspection, I was told that the vehicle would not pass because all brakes and rotors were bad, they said it was not safe to drive as it is and the dealership should not have allowed it to leave the lot like that. They never fixed the heater core or coolant leak/ They told me based on physical evidence that the brakes had been like that for at least 6 months. Between November 19 2025 and 19, December 2025 I caled the dealersjip more than 50 times because they were avoiding my calls and complaints, an obvious attempt to avoid the repairs and cancelling/refunding the warranty. I spoke to Nick at Gmotors on 19, December 2025 and he told me the warranty was not cancelled until the 18th of December and that they would do nothing about refunding the warranty or any of the repairs because I complained. More

My credit wasn’t great, but they got me into a fully loaded car no problem. Almost a year later I needed another vehicle and they hooked me up again with another loaded one, all within my price range!!! loaded car no problem. Buyers beware, they misrepresent value of the vehicle so you are negotiating from a falsely inflated value. Then they jack you up with a $3k dealer fee that covers nothing, opposite of what they claim. Vehi you are negotiating from a falsely inflated value. Vehicle was missing most things you’d think would be standard, lug nuts, no jack, 2 entirely different looking headlight sets, missing back of the mirror, missing moldings, missing door gaskets, hood wouldn’t stay up, drivers side door won’t lock or unlock and is falling apart, they gave only one set of keys on top of check engine lights. This dealership is one to avoid. They claim a “real thorough inspection” but don’t do enough to get a vehicle inspected before selling it. They just stick the next owner with the bill. It’s hard to believe they haven’t been shut down, this can’t be legal. They use unaccredited banks that avoid scrutiny from the Better Business Bureau. Avoid them More

As soon as I sat down with Isaiah and explained the situation ( my car was parked in front of my house and totaled by a drunk driver) he took me seriously. Negotiations were easy and took maybe 15 minutes and he got me my bottom line quickly without trying to convince me to spend more than I wanted to. I asked if I could take a few hours to think about it, he said no problem. Came back a few hours later, took it for another test drive and signed the paperwork. They washed my car, filled the tank and o was on my way with a car I love! More
