Love Future Lincoln of Roseville I have been a customer of Future Lincoln in Roseville, since 2010 and have purchased two new Lincolns over the past 8 years. For my last purchase, my I have been a customer of Future Lincoln in Roseville, since 2010 and have purchased two new Lincolns over the past 8 years. For my last purchase, my salesman (Robert Duran) was excellent. I had a specific model and accessories in mind which he searched for and found in Phoenix, AZ. He had the car delivered to Roseville, prepped, where I took delivery of it. Robert sat with me in the car for nearly n hour, walking me through the operation of all of the high tech equipment & features of the car, until I felt comfortable with everything. Both vehicles were serviced exclusively by Future Lincoln of Roseville and I have always been pleased with the way that they have serviced my cars, the professionalism of my service advisors (Darrell Del Torre), and the helpfulness of the parts department when I have ordered accessories and parts. Overall, a great experience, every time I go in for service. More

Quick, and Jim got right on it!! I dropped into the dealership without an Appointment, cuz my Air went out unexpectedly & it was almost 100 degrees out. Jim Z. came right out to my ca I dropped into the dealership without an Appointment, cuz my Air went out unexpectedly & it was almost 100 degrees out. Jim Z. came right out to my car & checked out, he said "OMGosh its like a Heater" after that he got me a Rental Car & I was on my way. When I picked up my car it was working again. Jim Z. is a Great Service Person, from now on I will Only use him when my car needs Servicing. Great Job Jim Z. Thanks for everything.... More

Coils and spark plugs Went in and was told it was coil. I had it replaced ,then told my spark plugs were not the right ones in car and if I didn’t replace them they could Went in and was told it was coil. I had it replaced ,then told my spark plugs were not the right ones in car and if I didn’t replace them they could foul out new coil. I stressed all day knowing they were the factory plugs! I spent 416.00 replacing plugs because coil was 458.00and I didn’t want to replace again. When I Picked up car I was told SORRY plugs were the right ones they just recommend a different one now. I was told me my car was running like a champ and before I got to freeway it was missing again! Needless to say I was back getting another 7 coils replaced. 1491.00. I believe the 350.00 labor charge should of been refunded on spark plugs due to their mistake of telling me they were wrong ones then telling me at pick up they were the right ones. I also think the labor charge on coils excessive 832.00 I called another reputable shop and out the door price for 8 coils was 940.00. I felt I was taken advantage of😢 More
