Great customer service! I moved into the area recently and was hesitant in contacting the dealership for service on my Ford Explorer due to my not so great experience at the I moved into the area recently and was hesitant in contacting the dealership for service on my Ford Explorer due to my not so great experience at the dealership in my previous town. I was pleasantly surprised with their meet and greet once I drove up to the service area. I was attended quickly and was given the option of needing a ride back home. The service to my dead battery (still under warranty) was quick and was given a call once the work was done, which did not take the entire day! They were quick, courteous and provided great service from the moment I drove up to the moment I picked up my vehicle. It was nice for once! More

door to door service On the Labor Day weekend,I had to have my 2016 MKX towed in to Future Ford/Lincoln of Roseville. They diagnosed the problem as a dead battery, and rep On the Labor Day weekend,I had to have my 2016 MKX towed in to Future Ford/Lincoln of Roseville. They diagnosed the problem as a dead battery, and replaced it, however, I had just undergone a major surgery and could not drive to pick it up. I requested that they deliver it to me at my home ( approximately 50 miles from Roseville). They did and my car is running beautifully, and I am fully recuperated from my surgery. More
