i really rate this dealership well. . At first i had alot of questions and was not getting many answers and was left in the lot for sometime. finally met demitrius.. things got better an . At first i had alot of questions and was not getting many answers and was left in the lot for sometime. finally met demitrius.. things got better and he answered all of my questions.. when things got a little heated in the finance office Kendall and the finance manager took care of me very professionally .. i was amazed at the professionalism that was shown to me.. my only negative comment is that it took 4 hours from the time i bought the car till i was able to drive it away.. i would think that there would be a way to speed up this process.. maybe let the customer come back when the paperwork is complete. something anything... More
