Trevor Shelton has been our service advisor since shortly after we purchased a 2012 Traverse in 2012. He's been outstanding at recommending the service that will keep our Traverse running for many years to after we purchased a 2012 Traverse in 2012. Our previous vehicle was a 1998 Tahoe. The staff at the dealership has not changed, over the year, which indicates that the staff is treated well by management.
