I had a great experienc initially, but Future Ford failed to do the right thing when presented with a cancellation request. Future Ford in my opinion lacks integrity and cannot be trusted due to misrepresent to do the right thing when presented with a cancellation request. I've bought dozens of cars over the past 30 years and this is the worst experience. Unfortunately, I now need to seek legal services. In all my years I have never felt the need to seek legal action. Very sad. On a good note, the car is great and the whole experience could have been positive if Future took, the time to do the right thing. More

The truck I wanted I was told was no longer available, although to this day I am still being sent advertisements for that truck as very available. Truck I purchased was overpriced. Listed price was full blown retail for a new truck but this one had 7k+ miles on it. Although I was able to get a couple of promotional discounts, I was denied any further “risk” discounts for buying a used truck. Then the high pressure sales started for the extended warranty. I said no more than 3 times but caved when I was offered more money for my trade in to help offset the cost for the warranty. To be clear, the original offer for my trade in was a bit insulting and the increase was still below Kelley blue book trade in value. When I had a chance to go online and look at the reviews of the extended warranty company (portfolio one), I was appalled. Over 100 negative reviews, most starting with the word “Scam”. Seems the extended warranty they sell is worthless. Most claims denied. Future is stealing money from their customers with high pressure sales. And they do it with a straight face. Lastly, I made it very clear I was paying cash for this purchase, yet the finance guy ran my credit report anyway, which made my credit rating drop. This was not necessary as I was not applying for any credit. Why run my credit report? He said he had to. They do this as standard practice. I will try to remember all this the next time I buy a new vehicle so I don’t get this type of abuse again. More
