Decided on the truck through Internet sales department. Filled out the credit application, made an appointment for the next day. When we arrived the truck still needed to filled up with fuel and washed. I Filled out the credit application, made an appointment for the next day. When we arrived the truck still needed to filled up with fuel and washed. It took a hour of sitting around to wait on the finance person. He could tell we were upset about the wait. I asked what took so long, he said he knew about our appointment but just started working on our deal 20min ago. The place was not busy we were literally one of 2 customers in the building. He then told us he didn’t want to sell us the truck unless we were willing to give him a good review, and it’s ok because there’s no loyalty to customers or dealerships anymore. He then told us the vehicle is going to break down so you need to buy the extended warranty. Then he made a couple remarks trying to connect that were not offensive but just ridiculous and unprofessional about his wife. 1hour and 40mins later we finally were done. Normally other dealers take 30-4o min max, with the better ones 15 min. I purchased my first vehicle from this location in 1993 when it was performance Chevrolet. This is my daughter’s first vehicle. We have purchased more than 120vehicles for both business and personal mostly dealing with just fleet personal. I have a LOC with ford motor credit to buy vehicles. This experience left me feeling sorry for the state of your company Future Auto. I doubt I will make any purchases from any of your branded dealerships in the future. Good Luck More
Service advisor seemed kind of grumpy. Auto tech forgot to balance tire after patching, which required me to turn around and come back to get it done properly. When they went to fix it, the other tech misunderstood the issue and only rotated the tires (again) without fixing the balance. Due to the confusion, I had to wait over an hour when picking up my truck. Also, no loaner vehicle was available despite bringing it in for warranty/recall items and they weren't able to get me an Uber since I live outside of the 10 mile radius. Twice I asked for them to not wash my truck in the carwash, but when I picked it up they had washed it. More
I trust Future Chevrolet but I watch what was done. The shop filled my washer fluid with plain water. I guess so the ‘add washed fluid’ would not display when the truck was started. The last time only 5 quarts of oil was poured in instead of 6. Still I would prefer to come there. You will take care of problems like that without question.
