This dealership was excellent in clear and fair communication. There was no game playing or deception during the whole deal and I felt very comfortable. communication. There was no game playing or deception during the whole deal and I felt very comfortable. More
A real pleasant visit at the dealership Jacob, Marcus, and the sales manager’s team was very informative and helpful. We were able to get a deal done and I was very satisfied with the outcome. Erica from finance was friendly, adaptable, and easy to work with. She helped me get the most incentives possible for my car lease, which lowered my monthly payment. Some documents were sent to me electron work with. She helped me get the most incentives possible for my car lease, which lowered my monthly payment. Some documents were sent to me electronically for e-signature, while others required wet signatures upon delivery of the vehicle. Erica also followed up when I noticed that some items listed on the window sticker—the all-weather mats ($175.00) and highway safety kit ($150.00)—were missing at delivery. Nile, the salesperson assisting me, made closing the deal straightforward. Unlike other dealerships hesitant to give phone estimates out of concern customers might shop around, Nile explained that their family-owned dealership operates differently. After I completed the necessary forms for the credit check and pricing, I took photos of my current leased vehicle to facilitate a trade-in, as this was the dealership’s method of assessing its condition since I couldn’t be present in person. The paperwork was signed, and the vehicle was delivered to me on Friday. Although two window sticker items were initially missing, Erica, Nile, and Gavin worked together to resolve the issue.
