They sold the car I bought to me with a Broken AC which they ended up having fixed however the service guy told us that the sales people knew about the ac being broken and they originally didn’t plan to fi they ended up having fixed however the service guy told us that the sales people knew about the ac being broken and they originally didn’t plan to fix it and the only reason they did was because we had turned it on right before leaving the lot and found it was broken so if it was winter or we never turned it on it would have be a $3000 fix I would have had to pay for when they knew it was broken. They also promised weather tech mats and said that they where unavailable and ordered husky matts which are not as good quality when I come to find out that weather techs website shows they do still make the mats for my car. They were also supposed to send them to my home and they did not so I had to drive back to the dealer to pick them up which is 1hour away. And when they fixed the window it took them a whole week so I was without a car for a week due to there incompetence in the first place. Also come to find out the door actuator was not working properly on the driver side and they refused to fix it even though it obviously was an issue when we bought it since we found out the very next day when we tried to lock to door and it didn’t go down. Which that ended up costing me $700 to have repaired on my own since the sales team decided it was not there issue. Overall it will not be doing future business with them or referring people because the sales department management is not honest with there customers and they as shady for not doing the repairs they knew where existent before listing the car for sale. The performance and service department are good the guy that did the work was honest upfront about the AC and that’s how I know the truth. More

He explains everything needed in a very understandable way and always goes through the estimated cost and time frame for the service or repair. More
