Any other dealer would over sell a person like me, she sells as if you're her best friend. She's been great since the day we met on the lot, and I would HIGHLY recommend seeing her for your next new or used vehicle purchase. She won't sit and hustle on you like many dealers do, she will tell you like it is (in a good way), and that's what I love about doing business with her! She followed up and still follows up with my questions, directed me toward some great accessories, and makes me feel at home every time I stop in for an appointment of some sort. Ryan gets an A+ in my book. Obviously I dealt with Ryan through most of my experience, but I was able to catch the name of the gal at the front desk as well. This was my first visit to a dealership to buy a new car all on my own. For lack of better words I was pretty intimidated by the thought of buying a brand new car. My parents have now bought two cars from F all on my own. For lack of better words I was pretty intimidated by the thought of buying a brand new car. My parents have now bought two cars from Fury Dodge in Lake Elmo and has worked with Michael, so I felt a little better with the whole process but I was still nervous. Within the first couple of minutes of speaking with Michael, he quickly made me feel at home and very comfortable. I met Matt shortly after I arrived and he too was very friendly and personable which helped out tremendously. Throughout the entire process both Michael and Matt were so very helpful and friendly that they made my first car buying experience very enjoyable. I will continue buying my cars from Fury Dodge and will ask specifically to work with these gentlemen again. I will also be referring all of my friends and family to them for any car needs. As we all know, buying a vehicle can be a frustrating experience. The folks at Fury in Lake Elmo made my experience of purchasing a vehicle reasonable with little to no hassle. My only complaint would be that I asked for a Fury coffee mug and that my fuel tank was topped off which were both denied. C'mon man! Next time I will ask for those things first and then sign the papers. LOL! More
