No pressure, he introduced himself, told us he could run numbers if we were interested and walked away. We felt no pressure to buy but went in to the office to see what the numbers looked like for a new van for us. Joe was great, he found everything we wanted in a van and got all of the paperwork together. I would highly recommend Fury Dodge in Lake Elmo to anyone "just looking" or anyone that is ready to buy. I was looking for the perfect Dodge crew cab at the right price. And after 4 mo of shopping other dealers I stopped in and met Mike. I called the Fury Chrysler in the morning explaining my issue with my vehicle. The service person asked if I wanted to make an appointment for later in the day. I explained to her that my steering wheel issue with my vehicle. The service person asked if I wanted to make an appointment for later in the day. I explained to her that my steering wheel was locking up and i would like to come in now if I could, due to the fact I didn't trust my vehicle would last through the day! She found me a service slot right away that morning. The service advisor (Matt) said he could get my vehicle in roughly in a hour but, would advise me on what they found before any work was performed. They buzed my pager and withing 45min and were able to explain what we were dealing with. My rack and pinion steering was bad and that I would need to have it replaced. He gave me an estimate of approx $2100. I asked if the could try saving any parts that would help minimize the cost. He said he wouldl see what he could do. It started geting late in the day so, Matt offered me a loaner rental at no additional charge as he was going to instruct the tech to try soaking the rods overnight to try reusing them to help keep the cost down. The following day I called to get a status on the repair and Matt informed me that they were able to reuse some of the parts which was a pleasant surprize!! I'm pleased with the service I received from the dealership as they didn't have to offer me a loaner and could have sold me new parts without first trying to salvage the goods ones from the old!
