Wasn't the greatest purchase I've had in buying something of this value but just added to the many experiences that customer support has lost its value in todays markets. Our walk through was a joke, complete waste of time as I knew more then they did and those questions I did have of course they couldn't answer. Word to the wise, when you purchase something make dang sure you cover everything you could possibly think of because as soon as you leave the lot, you are NOTHING to them other then a statistic and a sale. They installed my hitch incorrectly and of course made up excuses and couldn't help me for over a month, and I bought it 2 days ago. The hitch shifted when pulling it home and they were of no help to get my issue resolved except for using one of my phone a mobile repair to come to my house and fix it, costing me a $100 just for the call. Fortunately I'm mechanically inclined and can do it, plus I downloaded the manual and discovered they missed several steps and didn't even include all the proper hardware. I also had a weak battery and so i charged it while home over the weekend while I waited for the store to reopen and during this time it never fully charged. I was told by their dep't that it could be a camper issue and i would have to bring the whole unit in for them to troubleshoot a dead battery. i mean with the battery is disconnected and doesn't pass a charge test by itself , what on on Gods green earth does this have to do with the camper?? You should have heard all the excuses they came up with. Plus I was promised a few things upon pick up and they were not completed so we had to wait an bout an hour half or so for them to do the adjustments we had a greed on upon purchasing it 2 days prior. Nothing big at all and they had 2 days to do it but the ball was dropped. Very unprofessional right out of the gate. Poor customer service and best of luck dealing with their maintenance section. More
I have nothing but great things to say regarding Fun Town RV in Wharton specially Belinda. We scheduled and rescheduled our Warranty appointment several times due to unforeseen circumstances. She made severa RV in Wharton specially Belinda. We scheduled and rescheduled our Warranty appointment several times due to unforeseen circumstances. She made several follow up calls, checked on us frequently to let us know that she has not forgotten us. We finally kept our appointment today. She came out and greeted us asking if we had any additional concerns also to inform us that we had a recall on a camper part. All repairs were addressed and fixed in a timely fashion and to our satisfaction. Belinda called us after our appointment to make sure that everything was addressed and repaired. I have never had a bad experience with Fun Town Rv in Wharton from the Sale, Financing and Service More

Horrible experience! After deciding to down grade travel trailers to a smaller unit we decided to go with Fun town. We were given a trade in offer on our current trailer After deciding to down grade travel trailers to a smaller unit we decided to go with Fun town. We were given a trade in offer on our current trailer and picked a new one out. Everything was agreed on all the way to the buyers order and deposit made..I then received a call from them and was told a "mistake" was made and they offered me 10,000 less than the deal agreed on. Highly dissatisfied I told them to cancel everything and have not heard from them! I would highly reccomend not doing business with these type of people,and i'm not real sure how you stay in business making "mistakes" like this?? More

There is no comparison when it comes to customer service and great prices. Our salesman, J.R. , was right there with us all the way to show us what we wanted to see and answer our questions. We never felt pressured or hurried. He was genuinely interested in our well-being and making us happy. He treated us like a friend and made our experience a very rewarding one. Everyone there was wonderful and from the time we walked in until we made our purchase we felt welcome. This is not the case at the majority of places we visited so with that said we HIGHLY recommend Funtown in Wharton for anyone looking for a great buying experience and we also know if you ask for J.R. you will be very happy. Very poor customer service and very poor quality trailer Had trailer for two years now, and out of those two years, it has spent over nine months in the Shop! Only used trailer three times out of those two Had trailer for two years now, and out of those two years, it has spent over nine months in the Shop! Only used trailer three times out of those two years and had to cancel numerous reservations due to trailer malfunction! Now trailer has leaked water all in the nose (fifth wheel) and ruined everything! Was already in shop for this situation, and was told nothing was wrong! It is on its 3rd pair of a.c. units, and it never gets used? Also had delamination on side which was supposedly fixed, but now is worse than ever! Now it has a very weak spot in roof from tech's replacing a.c. units which service manager says there is nothing wrong! Lawsuit waiting to happen! Very poor place to do business! Dont even know how they stay open? Fixing to get a lawyer myself to get rid of this lemon before it goes sour! More

Patrick Utecht in the service department went above and beyond to work with me in getting things repaired without any stress at all! On 2 occasions he sent Paul Fonseca out to my house and he made the necessary repairs in my driveway! Talk about a relief! My latest problem is the ac unit. Once again, Patrick worked with me to send a technician out at a minimal cost to replace the unit. This type of customer service level is obsolete these days! This is going above and beyond! Keep up the good work. I'll keep referring customers all day every day! Thank you Patrick and Paul! Keep up the great work! More
