We informed them that our trade in was in use with all of our belongings. When our unit was done in the "make ready" department they could put them side by side so we could transfer our belongings. So we are sitting there the whole day while our unit is in the "make ready" department. Great! Check everything is good before we leave. It comes time for them to hook up to the truck and guess what no lights. Well its late in the day cause our unit sat in the "Make ready" bay all day. Now they discovered the lights did not work and no one can fix it right now cause its closing time. So its off to a hotel for the night. The next day we get the call that all is good and we can come pick it up. They had our unit parked right next to our trade in and we get to transfer all our belongings. Yay progress right? Well its time to hook up so we can be on our way and the electronic jack system is displaying an error. After a few hours and multiple phone calls they finally get someone who knows how the jacks work and they come over and fix it. Did I mention it spent a whole day in the "make ready" department? So finally we are on our way with our new unit in tow. Happy campers. Finally seeing Funtown in the rear view. We enter the unit and discover an error code when we turn on the fridge. I pull the manual to discover that the error code requires a technician. So on the phone again multiple calls going to the manager. They finally agree to send a technician out to fix the fridge. Great finally all is good. About a month goes by and I get a call from my lender regarding my trade in because they have not received a payment... What I traded that in over a month ago. Many phone calls to the finance department and 2 months after my trade in they finally decided to send the payoff along with the late fees. During this couple months we notice small odds and ins that need repair. Ice maker on fridge not working, surround sound speaker switch that should turn off bedroom speakers actually turns off kitchen speakers, some poorly attached molding. Our job is coming to an end so we drop it off to the dealer for these minor repairs while we have some down time. 2 months later our unit is ready repairs completed. Fast forward.... We have had our unit almost a year and return from a relaxing camping trip and one of the jacks is stuck in the down position. Well that definitely needs fixing while we are still in warranty. I was assured after the troubles we had previously that many changes had been made at the dealership. Maybe I'm a glutton for punishment... We take the unit back to the dealer for repairs. The jack being stuck, a small leak in the water hose to the fridge, the bedroom slide not quite closing completely and a plastic bracket that broke on the closet door. These repairs take 2.5 months. On one of the phone calls the excuse was that the parts for the jack have to be ordered and since its warranty repair. The manufacture has to order the parts and have it delivered to them and after they receive it they ship it out to the dealer. Maybe its just me that finds this utterly ridiculous but hey I'm not an RV dealer. Maybe that's just the way they do things.... So finally after 2.5 months our unit is ready. We go and pick it up and take it to location get all hooked up and what do you know the fridge wont even turn on. It seems to not be getting any power. I call a local repair guy (cause Funtown wont do jack) they discover the circuit board is burnt literally charred. Well Funtown maybe when you fix a leak you should make sure the leak is fixed by turning on the unit you fixed and letting it fill with water to ensure no more leak. If you had you would have realized it wasn't working. So please everyone do yourself a favor and stay far away from this place!! More
No service after the sale We purchased a new R-Pod in July 2015. In March 2016 we brought it in for basic warranty repairs, (leaky faucet, broken door latch, a few other items along these lines.) They have had our trailer for 16 weeks now, they won't answer phone calls, they don't return messages. In the 4 months they've had the trailer two different people who were somewhat helpful and responsive have either been fired or quit. If you buy a new RV it will need service at some point, that is simply the nature of RVs. If you buy from Funtown RV in Wharton you may get a slightly cheaper price, but you will not get any service after the sale. Buyer beware, pay a little more to get your RV from a dealership that treats its customers right. More
Sales were fine, Service department is beyond ridiculous I am beyond frustrated with the service department and overall management of this place. I thought I did my homework, but was lured by low prices. We bought our camper back in April, and have had nothing but frustration with trying to get the punch list resolved. I have even tried reaching out to the GM, but he has not been helpful either. Go elsewhere. More

Service dept is packed full of liars and people that can't return a simple phone call. Took them two months to fix my RV and it broke again. Called and left a message for Dan and two weeks later no return call. These people are the arm pit of America don't support these crooks. More
